The animal feedstuff is monitored right from feedmills, to ensure traceability and to be assured that the farms operate under veterinary guidelines. Eggway makes sure that the chicken feed is a physico-chemical product, exclusively vegetal and organic produce. Eggway’s highly sophisticated equipment maintains the highest international standards within the food industry. An active quality department works continuously to ensure only the highest output. Our products have the right binding, flavouring, foaming, colouring and emulsifying attributes to suit your product requirement!
ProcessEgg processing is carried out in a fully automated and controlled microbe free environment. Eggs are received and tested in a fully equipped quality control laboratory before being accepted for processing. The eggs are then washed in warm water with approved Sanitizer followed by rinsing in 100 – 200 ppm chlorine water. After candling, the cleaned eggs are broken in the egg-breaking machine. The liquid is filtered, chilled, pasteurized in a UHT triple tube pasteurizer, fermented (only for albumen liquid), spray dried and subsequently packed.
